Enteq Upstream Plc has announced the results of its General Meeting held on 23 September 2021, where all resolutions were duly passed including a resolution to change the Company name. Further to the passing of Resolution 8 at the General Meeting, the Company will now register its change of name from Enteq Upstream plc to Enteq Technologies plc.
The effective date of the change has yet to be announced however if you hold the stock in your Pilling account it will be automatically updated at the relevant time.
