Following the successful incorporation of the firm into Pilling & Co Stockbrokers Ltd in 2015 we produced new and up to date Terms & Conditions of Business (T & C’s). As Pilling & Co Stockbrokers Ltd is a new legal entity, we need to enter into new Terms & Conditions of Business.
We took the opportunity to update the previous version when we incorporated in 2015 to take account of changes in law, applicable regulation and industry guidance, and to try and make them clearer. It is important that you agree to be bound by them in order for us to provide you with any of the services which are set out in them.
If you have still not replied to our requests for you to agree to the new T & C’s we will be unable to carry out any transactions for you until you have done. The new T & C’s are available to view on the following link: Terms & Conditions of Business.
