IWG plc has announced that, with effect from 31st May 2024, the Company will change its name to International Workplace Group plc.
In addition, the share capital of the Company will be converted into US dollars through the conversion of each Ordinary Share with a par value of GBP0.01 into one ordinary share with a par value of USD0.0124 at a rate of exchange of GBP 1 to USD 1.24.
