I have been a long standing (around 25 years) execution-only client of Pilling, operating an ISA account with them, and have always received an excellent level of customer service. All the dealers at Pilling that I have spoken to – both present and past – have been very helpful, friendly, polite, and efficient when I have asked for trades and orders to be executed. They are very responsive when picking up the phone with minimal delay, and I should also mention that Pilling maintained a very high level of service during the Covid lockdowns, when many other larger retail stockbrokers were struggling to provide their normal level of service particularly via telephone.
I should also say that the ISA administration department is also very well run based on my experience and again, always very helpful when dealing with corporate actions and general account queries – mostly via email these days as that is my personal preference.
Overall, my experience with Pilling over the years has been highly positive, which has no doubt assisted with the account increasing in size substantially since it was first opened. I look forward to many more years of Pilling providing their usual first-rate service and client satisfaction.
