Blackrock American Income Trust has determined to implement a tender offer that will give Shareholders the opportunity to tender up to 20 per cent. of the Company`s issued share capital at a discount of 2 per cent. to the cum-income NAV per Ordinary Share as at close of business on the Calculation Date, being 17th April 2025.
