Accordingly, the Company`s change of name and change of TIDM to CLBX have been effective on the London Stock Exchange plc from 8.00 a.m. on 29 October 2025.
The Company`s ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
In conjunction with the name change, the Company`s website address will change to CelLBxHealth.com.
Shareholders will be unaffected by the changes and we will automatically update our accounts with this action.
