New Terms & Conditions of Business

Following the successful incorporation of the firm into Pilling & Co Stockbrokers Ltd we have produced our new and up to date T & C’s. As Pilling & Co Stockbrokers Ltd is a new legal entity, we need to enter into new Terms & Conditions of Business with you.

We have taken this opportunity to update the previous version to take account of changes in law, applicable regulation and industry guidance, and to try and make them clearer. You will shortly receive from us either a letter by post or an email, depending on your chosen communication method, enclosing the new T & C’s of business.

It is important that you read these new Terms, and agree to be bound by them in order for us to provide you with any of the services which are set out in them. Therefore, when you receive our letter or email please act on it as soon as possible.

If you don’t reply we will be unable to carry out any transactions for you until you have done. The new T & C’s are available to view on this website by following the link to the left.
